Cancellation Policy

We are committed to respecting your time and ask that you make every effort to keep the appointment time reserved exclusively for you. We understand there may be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Should you find it necessary to reschedule an appointment, please provide us with a notice of 48 hours. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. Appointments scheduled with a specialist are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy. Failure to provide 72 hours notice will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Financial Policy

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of care, therefore payment is expected at the time of treatment. Our fees reflect the quality of care we provide. We continue our commitment by offering a variety of financial options to enable you to receive dental care you need. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We have also partnered with a third-party company to offer the flexibility of deferred interest and extended payment options. If your check is returned for any reason, you will be charged a processing fee of $25.

We will communicate all recommended treatment options and associated fees prior to the start of treatment. Should your account balance be placed with a third-party collection agency, you agree to pay a collection fee of 25% of the balance due. This collection fee is added to your remaining balance.

Dental Insurance Policy

Dr. Robitaille’s team will assist you to maximize your benefits and make a best effort to estimate out of pocket costs which are due at the time of service. We accept most insurances however we are only in network with Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross Indemnity, and Altus.
